Also: Kim Taylor – Council Auditor’s Office; Peggy Sidman and Derrel Chatmon – Office of General Counsel; Jeff Clements – Council Research Division; Crystal Shemwell – Legislative Services Division; Sam Mousa, Ali Korman Shelton – Mayor’s Office; Angela Moyer – Finance and Administration Department; John Pappas and Lin White – Public Works Department
Meeting Convened: 9:01 a.m.
Chairman Dennis called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves for the record. The chairman announced that the Finance and Administration Department would be making a presentation on City fees at the beginning of the meeting.
Mr. Dennis reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 13 items marked for deferral, 10 items ready for action (1 to substitute and re-refer, 1 requested for emergency action) and 20 items for second reading and re-referral.
Council Member Boyer said that 2018-119 is the subject of an interdepartmental meeting at 11:00 a.m. and asked that the bill be taken up before then.
