Meeting Convened: 9:02 a.m.
Chairman Dennis called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves for the record. The chairman announced that the Executive Director of the Police and Fire Pension Fund would be making a presentation on the fund’s annual actuarial valuation report and that the Council Auditor would be giving an overview of two recently released audit reports.
Mr. Dennis reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 8 items marked for deferral, 14 items ready for action and 14 items for second reading and re-referral. Council Member Love said that he was present to address 2018-8 (authorizing project partnership agreement with Army Corps of Engineers for Big Fishweir Creek project).
