Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained nineteen (19) items marked for deferral, seventeen (17) items ready for action, eleven (11) items marked to be opened and continued, fourteen (14) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2018-517 (rezoning 8050 Baymeadows Circle W): Ms. Eller distributed copies of the LUZ amendment. Council Member Becton briefly reviewed his proposed amendment.

CM Schellenberg requested the Planning and Development Department to provide the committee with a white paper on cyber cafes.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:22 p.m.
