Eller provided an overview of the hearing procedures and the pending actions
of the committee. Mr. Laveranues Coles was presented his information followed
by Ryan Brookins, a representative of Eastpark Owners Association, Inc.
Chairman Schellenberg tabled the bill to allow the parties time for
discussion. Afterwards, Mr. Coles requsted the committee to proceed with the
hearing. There was several questions
and comments made about substantial competent evidence. CM Schellenberg
