sixty (60) feet in width and at least 6,000 square feet in area. 2. 2.
The maximum lot coverage shall

final inspection within any phase of development, the owner or their agent

Development Department for its review and approval either (a) an affidavit
documenting that all conditions to the development order have been satisfied,
