Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained sixteen (16) items marked for deferral, four (4) items ready for action, nineteen (19) items marked to be opened and continued, nine (9) items marked for second reading and re-refer, and one (1) item marked for an appeal hearing.

2017-863 (amend Section 656.1510 Wireless Communication Antennas): Although this item was deferred in TEU, Chairman Schellenberg will provide time for public comment to gather potential information for an amended substitute.

2018-75 (amend Section 656.133 Wavier for minimum distance requirements for liquor locations; medical marijuana dispensing facilities): Council Member Hazouri requested the committee consider a substitute to the bill that eliminates the wavier process to lower the minimum distance requirement between a dispensing facility and a school.

2018-334 (rezoning certain properties on Mitchell Ave, Kings Ave, Perry Place, Olevia Street, and Bertha Street): Mr. Bruce Lewis will forward committee members, prior to committee meeting, a copy of the revised site plan dated July 12, 2018.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:15 p.m.
