Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained fourteen (14) items marked for deferral, eleven (11) items ready for action (one withdrawal), thirteen (13) items marked to be opened and continued, and twelve (12) items marked for second reading and re-refer.
2018-74 (amend Zoning Code regarding Exceptions for alcoholic beverages): The Planning & Development Department recommends denial. CM Gaffney intends to offer an amendment that Ms. Grandin will distribute at the committee meeting.
2018-261 (rezoning Youngerman Circle between Periwinkle Dr. & Parramore Rd): The revised written description should be dated June 12, 2018. The revision is related to buffering requirements.
2018-290 (rezoning LaSalle St between Blossom Ridge & Irma Rd): CM Boyer requested the written description is revised to clarify that the developer is responsible for the sidewalk addition
2018-303 (rezoning 14965 Old St. Augustine Rd between Philips Hwy & Chase Lane): CM Boyer inquired with staff regarding enforcement of conditions of a partial PUD to a PUD. The conditions must be readopted to maintain previous regulations.
2018-335 (establishment of Cypress Bluff Community Development District): Ms. Grandin explained that the TEU amendment should be included as the fourth condition.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:12 p.m.
