Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:15 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained eleven (11) items marked for deferral, seven (7) items ready for action (three substitutes), thirteen (13) items marked to be opened and continued, and thirteen (13) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-231 (new Chapter 261, Ordinance Code): CM Ferraro requested a representative from Code Compliance attend committee to answer questions.

2017-831 (adopt small-scale FLUM 9115 Hare Avenue): Ms. Kristin Reed noted that legislation would have an amendment. The applicant is requesting a change to RPI.

CM Boyer suggested the Planning and Development Department modify its procedure to ensure that committee members get copies of modified versions of written descriptions to track changes after the submission of the original document.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:27 p.m.
