Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained twenty-three (23) items marked for deferral, two (2) items ready for action, fourteen (14) items marked to be opened and continued, and four (4) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2018-130 (rezoning 2630 State Road A1A): Per the letter from JEA, they do not offer service at the listed property. Therefore, CM Boyer she requested staff provide details of the utility company that does provide service for the property at the committee meeting.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:06 p.m.
