Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained nine (9) items marked for deferral, ten (10) items ready for action (one marked substitute an rerefer), fourteen (14) items marked to be opened and continued, and fifteen (15) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-830 (rezoning N/S of Hogan Road and W/S of Foster Road): Ms. Grandin stated a floor amendment was necessary to correct title on page 1, line 6 and 7.

2017-805 (amend Chapter 654): CM Boyer shared her concerns about changes in road classification definitions which negatively impacted terms from Chapter 656. Also, there are concerns about whether or not a Comp Plan amendment was necessary to precede this legislation for consistency. Mr. Huxford agreed to review the legislation.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:12 p.m.
