Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained eleven (11) items marked for deferral, nine (9) items ready for action (one marked for withdrawal), eighteen (18) items marked to be opened and continued, and eight (8) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-757 (waiver of road frontage 7362 Townsend Road): Mr. Folks Huxford commented that CM Carter maybe requesting an additional deferral; however, the applicant is expected to attend the committee meeting to request action on the bill.

2017-841 (rezoning 2951 & 2981 Parental Home Road): CM Wilson stated that the property was sold without a rezoning; therefore, the PUD is site specific for Daniel Memorial.

2018-15 (rezoning 2118 Kings Road): CM Boyer stated that legislation would be amended to add conditions.

2018-22 (appeal Final Decision of Jax Historic Preservation Committee): Ms. Peggy Sidman stated the legislation was written in the neutral and would require an amendment to approve or deny.

Chairman Schellenberg announced that CM Boyer would chair the March 6, 2018 meeting in his absence.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:13 p.m.
