Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained ten (10) items marked for deferral, twenty (20) items ready for action (one marked for withdrawal, two marked for sub/refer), eighteen (18) items marked to be opened and continued, and seven (7) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-728 & 729 (appeal of Final Order of PC on E-17-78): The parties are requesting to withdraw appeal due to reaching an agreement. However, the committee will have to remand the bill back to the Planning Commission to deny.

2017-863 (amend Sec 656.1510 Wireless Communication): Chairman Schellenberg has requested General Counsel to provide further details in a workshop. The date will be noticed.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:16 p.m.
