Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained twenty-one (21) items marked for deferral, seven (7) items ready for action, thirteen (13) items marked to be opened and continued, and sixteen (16) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-89 & 90 (small scale amendment & rezoning 5100/5110 Heckscher Drive): Mr. Steve Diebenow requested that both bills are switched to the same cycle as 2017-795 & 796. In response to dialogue between Mr. Diebenow and Susan Grandin, Chairman Schellenberg requested a white paper from Ms. Susan Grandin and Mr. Jason Gabriel on whether the submission of an application commits the City to certain requirements. Additionally, Mr. Bill Killingsworth will provide the committee the Planning and Development Department’s recommendations on 795 and 796 pending approval or denial.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:28 p.m.
