MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, August 29,2018.  The meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M. by President Bowman.  The meeting adjourned at 8:49 P.M.
