THE JEA SOUTHSIDE GENERATION PARCEL THAT DEVELOPER INTENDS TO PURCHASE; (2) AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT ("INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT") BETWEEN THE DIA AND THE
CDD TO GOVERN THE RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS OF THE CDD AND DIA IN CONNECTION WITH
THE CRA INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS; (3) A CRA INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS COST
DISBURSEMENT AGREEMENT ("DISBURSEMENT AGREEMENT"), GOVERNING
DISBURSEMENTS FROM THE DIA TO THE CDD FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE CRA INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS ON BEHALF

AGREEMENT; AUTHORIZING A RECAPTURE ENHANCED VALUE (REV) GRANT NOT TO EXCEED

AUTHORIZING THE BORROWING AND APPROPRIATION OF UP TO $19,000,000.00 IN FUNDING
