stated how great the agreement sounded. Daryl Joseph, Director of the Parks
Department, detailed the expansion of the parcel within Emmett Reed Park and
the development of a Youth Center. The city will be giving the land to use
while the Malivai Washington Kids Foundation will be raising all the funds
for the development of a Teen Center. CM Hazouri added an Amendment that would change the annual
rent from $10 to $1. This amendment was passed and rolled into the Auditor’s
