Councilman Hazouri called the meeting to order and reviewed the agenda. The marked agenda included 10 items marked for deferral, 34 items ready for action (one as a substitute) and 9 items for second reading and re-referral. There will also be a presentation by Kids Hope Alliance CEO Joe Peppers.
