Meeting Convened: 1:30 p.m.

 

Councilman Hazouri called the meeting to order and reviewed the agenda. The marked agenda included 8 items marked for deferral, 12 items ready for action (one to be substituted and re-referred, one with Council Auditor’s concerns and one as an emergency) and 8 items for second reading and re-referral.
