Councilman Hazouri called the meeting to order and reviewed
the agenda. The marked agenda included 12 items marked for deferral, 4 items
ready for action and 2 items for second reading and re-referral. Councilman
Hazouri said that he intended to defer 2018-593, as there was no motion to move
the amendment or the bill in the Finance Committee.
