Location: Council Chambers, First Floor, City Hall – St. James Building, 117 West Duval Street

In attendance: Council Members Tommy Hazouri, Bill Gulliford, and Lori Boyer

Also: Peggy Sidman - Office of General Counsel; Trista Carraher - Council Auditor’s Office; Leeann Krieg– Mayor’s Office; Colleen Hampsey - Council Research Division; Juliette Williams– Legislative Services.

Meeting Convened: 1:31 p.m.

Councilman Hazouri called the meeting to order and reviewed the agenda. The marked agenda included 9 items marked for deferral, 18 items ready for action (two items to be withdrawn and one item to be substituted and re-referred) and 7 items for second reading and re-referral.

Councilman Hazouri informed the committee that there would be a short presentation from Peggy Sidman, Office of General Counsel, about the Council Rules at the beginning of the meeting.
