Location: Council Chambers, First Floor, City Hall – St. James Building, 117 West Duval Street

In attendance: Council Members Tommy Hazouri, Bill Gulliford, Ju’Coby Pittman, Lori Boyer and Matt Schellenberg

Also: Peggy Sidman - Office of General Counsel; Trista Carraher - Council Auditor’s Office; Leeann Krieg– Mayor’s Office; Colleen Hampsey - Council Research Division; Juliette Williams– Legislative Services.

Meeting Convened: 1:32 p.m.

Councilman Hazouri called the meeting to order and reviewed the agenda. The marked agenda included 8 items marked for deferral, 20 items ready for action (two items to be withdrawn) and 12 items for second reading and re-referral.

Councilman Hazouri informed the committee that there would be a short discussion about suggested changes to the Council Rules at the end of the meeting.
