Amend/Approve 5-1 (CM Schellenberg in opposition)

There was some discussion about the long term maintenance costs associated with this art project, which will come from private donations and grant funding administered by Groundworks. CM Crescimbeni asked about FDOT reports regarding vibrations, and how that would impact the mosaic. Initial analysis indicates that the impact of road vibrations on the mosaic will be negligible.

Amendments:

1. Revise language in Section 4 of bill to clarify maintenance funds will be set aside by Groundwork

2. Attach revised Exhibit 2 to reflect total project cost of $22,500 will be covered by Groundwork
