task force, which is to examine public access with governmental processes.
Councilman Ferraro inquired about how the members were selected and said that
he has concerns about some of the proposed members. To take all council
members perspectives into consideration, an amendment was put forward to vote
on the bill with an amended charge letter- to include the names of the chair
and co-chair but not the eleven other members. The amendment was approved and
the bill was passed. A noticed meeting will take place before the next
council meeting to discuss membership, and a floor amendment will be offered
at the March 27th meeting to include the names of all 13 task force members. |
