The Bridge’s audit for their fiscal year ending June 30, 2017 was due to the City no later than October 30, 2017. The Bridge was placed on the non-compliance list for failing to submit an audit.

 

The Bridge’s audit for their fiscal year ending June 30, 2017 would have contained schedules detailing the receipt and expenditure of $1,949,424 in City funds appropriated under Ch. 118 requirements. Additionally, the Bridge received funding after June 30, 2017 which will not be audited. Altogether, the Bridge’s audits that are being waived would have contained schedules detailing the receipt and expenditure of $2,162,194 in City funds appropriated under Ch. 118 requirements.

 

The waiver of the audit requirement is to allow the Bridge to be removed from the non-compliance list in order to receive a final payment of $50,954.46 related to contract 9258-102.
