Ferraro, called the agenda meeting to order at 1:30 P.M.
The Chair reviewed the marked
agenda that had been prepared by the Council Auditor’s Office. There were thirteen (13) items ready for action,
seven (7) items being deferred and seven (7) items being seconded and
re-referred.
2017-805 ORD-MC Amend Chapt 654 (Code of Subdiv Regs), Ord Code, Secs

Member Danny Becton indicated that he had not had an opportunity to see the new
map that was a component of the legislation; he said that he felt uncomfortable
voting to move the item out of Committee without having first reviewed the
map. Mayor’s Office’s Jordan Elsbury
announced that he had just spoken with Planning & Development Department
Director Bill Killingsworth and that the Director is on his way to the meeting
with the map that Council Member Becton wanted to review.
