Summary
READ 2ND AND REREFER
In Public Comment, Mr. Mike Jagter
again brought to the Committee’s attention a drainage issue on his property that he feels
the Public Works Department is not resolving.
John Pappas, Director, the Public Works Department, explained what his
department proposes to do to resolve the problem but explained the property
owner finds the proposed solution unacceptable.
The Chair, Council Member Ferraro, implored Mr. Jagter
to meet again with the Public Works Department and try and reach an
understanding on what needs to be done.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 3:31 P.M.
