Bill Summary: This bill amends the Development Order for Gran Park at Jacksonville to allow the interchange of land use types at a conversion ratio of 1 acre of Light Industrial for 5.95 Hospital Beds; 1,000 square feet of Commercial for 4.48 Hospital Beds; 1,000 square feet of Office for 1.22 Hospital Beds; 1 Hospital Bed for 0.168 acres of Light Industrial; 1 Hospital Bed for 819 square feet of Office; and 1 Hospital Bed for 223 square feet of Commercial. The allowable land uses as converted for Hospital will be a minimum of 0 beds and a maximum of 250 beds and 40 acres. It is determined that such changes do not constitute a substantial deviation under Florida Statutes and that the development rights of the landowners remain vested rights pursuant to Florida Statutes. Provision is made that this ordinance supersedes any previous conflicting provisions or interpretations.
