Bill Summary: This bill amends the development order for the Argyle Forest/Villages of Argyle DRI to incorporate the proposed changes and modifications contained in the Notification of a Proposed Change to a Previously Approved Development of Regional Impact dated January 8, 2003, and filed by Health Quest Realty XLII. Approval is given for construction of up to 156,000 square feet of mini-warehouse development and 23,400 square feet of neighborhood commercial development. It is found and determined that such changes do not constitute a substantial deviation under Florida Statutes. Ordinance Code provisions which would require the mailing of notices and posting of signs are made inapplicable.
Background Information: The proposed revisions change the use of the site owned by Health Quest from Healthcare to Commercial to provide for the mini-warehouse development and the neighborhood commercial development. The Health Quest site is located in the vicinity of Blanding Boulevard and Argyle Forest Boulevard.
