Bill Summary:  This bill makes technical changes to the City’s Special Revenue Bond program, which was established for the financing of municipal capital improvements and other governmental undertakings.  Ordinance 2005-1086-E, under which the program was originally established, is repealed, and all references in Ordinance 2005-1085-E to Ordinance 2005-1086-E are amended to refer instead to this ordinance (2006-888).  Conflicting ordinances and resolutions are waived to the extent of any such conflict.

 

Background Information:  Information from the Administration and Finance Dept. states that the Banking Fund ordinance technical revisions were requested by bond counsel.
