Background Information: Hunters Mill Association has torn down the old entrance signs of the subdivision. They wish to install new ones, along with landscaping the area around the signs, on Lot 1 at the Mount Pleasant Road entrance into the subdivision and on Lot 42 at the Gately Road entrance to this District 2 single-family housing complex. The City recently purchased the land from the Jacksonville Transportation Authority for $43,000. The City will continue to own the property with the Association maintaining the landscaping.
