Bill Summary: The bill appropriates $72,648 from the Fire and Rescue Department’s Fire Station #22 renovation account (2004 Autumn Bond program) to the Fire Station #41 renovation account (2002 Capital Bond program) to increase funding to complete the Station 41 project.  The bill also amends the 2006-2011 Capital Improvement Program to reflect the revised final cost of the two projects.

 

Background Information: Fire Station #22 is a 4-bay station on Jammes Road; Fire Station #41 is a 3-bay station on Gavagan Road.  The bill increases the cost of the Station 41 project to $1,254,450 to complete the renovations and reduces the cost of the Station 22 project to $500,000.
