Bill Summary: The bill approves an extension of the City’s concurrency reservation agreement with Lawrence J. Wurn for traffic circulation capacity for a development on Harts Road north of Dunn Avenue.  The bill extends the concurrency reservation expiration date from October 8, 2006 to October 8, 2009.  Wurn agrees to pay a concurrency reservation fee for each additional year until the development is completed.

 

Background Information: The two parcels in question total approximately 9 acres zoned for commercial use.  The original concurrency reservation agreement was entered into in August 2000.
