account to fund the North Riverside Community Development Corporation’s work to
secure and make repairs to the
Background Information: The appropriation will pay
for the removal of 20 trees from the property that are damaged, dying, or
otherwise pose a threat to the building or its immediate neighbors; for the
installation of fencing around the perimeter of the lot; and for the
reimbursement of the cost of initial repairs undertaken by the CDC to make the
building inhabitable by a caretaker (plumbing and electrical repairs,
installation of doors, shower, etc.).
