Background Information: Per Section 28.106, Ordinance Code, three of the members of the Parks, Recreation, Entertainment & Conservation Advisory Board are residents appointed by the City Council, one from each of three “Joint Planning Districts”. Ms. Congelio received associates degrees from Gordan Keller School of Nursing in Tampa and FCCJ. She is an active community volunteer and resides in the Riverside area within Council District #14 (Planning District #5).
