Bill Summary: This bill appropriates $200,000 from Old Kings Road Landfill collections to provide funding for improvements to Dinsmore Museum. It is specified that cost estimates are approximations. The Capital Improvement Program is amended to authorize the Dinsmore Museum project. The Dept. of Parks, Recreation, Entertainment, and Conservation is required to oversee the project, inspect the completed project, and reimburse the costs as appropriate. The Dinsmore Museum still desires to make the improvements.
