Bill Summary: The bill amends the development agreement between the City and Pablo Developers, LLC to extend the duration of the agreement for development rights in the State Road 9-A/Butler Boulevard/ Baymeadows Road area for an additional 10 years from January 2009 to May 2019.  P.m. peak hour trip capacity is reserved at a cost of $2,209 per trip in 2007, escalating by 3.3% per year.

 

Background Information: The development rights are located in Transportation Management Area Sector B in Council District 13.  The Pablo Developers project consists of 2 phases, one of which includes capacity for a mixture of single-family homes, apartments, commercial space and a hotel, and the other of which includes capacity for single-family homes, a hotel, office and commercial space.
