Bill Summary: The bill approves a development agreement between the City and Pine Grove Plantation Developers, LLC to reserve concurrency capacity for construction of the “Pine Grove Plantation” residential and commercial project on 381.3 acres on the north side of Garden Street, west of Jones Road and opposite Shane Road in Council District 11.  The agreement reserves 331 p.m. peak hour trips on roadway link #330 – Jones Road, from Garden Street to Cisco Drive; 303 trips on link #331 – Jones Road, from Cisco Drive to Pritchard Road; and 573 trips on link #343 – Garden Street, from Shane Road to Imeson Road.

 

Background Information: The “Pine Grove Plantation” project will consist of 749 single-family homes, a 5,000 sq. ft. convenience store/gas station, and 40,000 sq. ft. of commercial development.
