Bill Summary:  This bill appropriates $25,000 from a Council District 11 Capital Projects (Excise Taxes Revenue, 2004) account to provide funding to the Duval County School Board for tree planting and irrigation at Mayport Middle School.  Unused funds are to revert to the source of origin, and the Duval County School Board is made responsible for required documentation and information to support the appropriation.  Various provisions requiring that bond funds be used on City property and open to the public are waived.  Provision is made for the carryover of appropriated funds into the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
