Bill Summary: The bill appropriates a $285,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for air quality monitoring in Jacksonville, and reauthorizes the position allocations of 2 employees in the Department of Environmental Resource Management to conduct the monitoring.  The bill also authorizes the administration to execute a grant agreement with the Department of Homeland Security to accept and utilize the grant.
