Bill Summary: This bill appropriates $707,404 from the
Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund to provide funding (1) for tasers for
corrections and judicial officers ($562,400); (2) for diversity training
($88,000); (3) to Crimestoppers ($25,000); (4) to the Justice Coalition ($25,000);
(5) to the Boy Scouts of America ($5,000); and, (6) to Families of Slain
Children, Inc. ($2,004). Provision is
made for the carryover of appropriated funds into the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
