Bill Summary:  This bill appropriates $161,286.16 ($36,286.16 from the Equestrian Center of Jacksonville Capital Improvement Trust Fund and $125,000 from a Cecil Field Trust Fund-Parks and Recreation account) to provide funding for anticipated cost overruns for the Equestrian Center Phase II project.  Additionally, the Five-year Capital Improvement Program is amended to increase the budget required for completion of said project.

 

Background Information:  Information on file states that the funds will be used to establish a contingency fund for Phase II of the project and pay for anticipated cost overruns relative to the third barn.
